Refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, the following return rules apply:
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Not worn, altered, or damaged
- Returned with original packaging intact
Wigs must not have lace cut, been installed, or used in any way.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not cover return courier fees.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns. This covers inspection, handling, and processing costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Sale or discounted items
- Hygiene-sensitive items once opened or used
- Any item marked “Final Sale”
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, minus any applicable fees.
